The new IR35 legislation which came into force in April 2021 has driven improved performance of 3rd party contractors within many organisations.

The days of hiring a contractor based on a job description are now over and there should now be a deeper thought process around what outcomes need to be achieved along with commercial arrangement.

Defining and agreeing upfront what needs to be delivered will help companies to better manage performance and achieve desired outcomes.
