Management of our Off-Payroll workers was a complex task. CoComply handled it with sensitivity, took the time to understand the risks posed to us and it gives us great confidence knowing we have a partner that gets our business, engagement types and is there when we need them.

CoComply has been an invaluable partner for our business. Their personalised approach, meticulous attention to the IR35 regulations along with their willingness to understand our business intricacies has given us the freedom and confidence to engage with external workers confidently and compliantly. We would recommend CoComply to any company seeking to improve compliance when it comes to IR35 and worker status.
Yes, similar rules apply to sole traders; therefore, we also assess their status.
Yes, the packages have been carefully crafted to ensure your compliance obligations can be met through the regular assessment of your contractors and sole traders based on your contractor population. Unless there is significant additional work required due to complex cases, you are unlikely to have to budget any overrun time for assessments or the ongoing checks, which we undertake proactively throughout the life of an engagement. We will always try to inform you if we believe you will run over your quarterly allocation, providing you the option to purchase bulk discounted additional hours or increase your subscription tier.
The initial Kick-Off fee covers the time spent in bringing your compliance up to date. This involves discovery and set-up time and sessions, identifying all your 'in-scope' population, working practices and contractor audit, considering previous determinations and implementing a process for ensuring IR35 compliance is maintained.
1 x IR35 Assessment will typically take 20-30 minutes. We have factored this into the service offerings that will offer enough time to undergo reassessments each quarter while utilising our additional service elements.
Yes, your dedicated hours can be combined and used over the quarter. For example the 'Essentials' plan offers 2 hours per month or 6 hours per quarter.
No, we suggest that each subscription package is best for organisations with a certain number of contractors, but this is suggestive only. We have customers with smaller populations of contractors on larger packages. However, it is more cost effective to move up to the higher package than it is to remain on a lower package if you are incurring over-run costs.
Yes. This is a fundamental part of the service. You decide what services your business needs as and when.
